Katy Perry‘s Katy Cats are as creative as Lady Gaga‘s little monsters. One Perry fan created a claymation video for Perry’s latest lovelorn single, ‘Wide Awake,’ which she debuted live at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards last week. It’s a clever and cute visual re-enactment of the song, and the verdict is in. We like the Katymation version! (…)

Video tutt’altro che ufficiale, ma realizzato da una studentessa (tale Yvonne H) che ha voluto omaggiare con l’animazione PASSO UNO Katy Perry e la sua Wide Awake. Il risultato? Da ADORATORE della DIFFICILISSIMA stop motion, e senza dimenticare l’evidente amatorialità del tutto, a dir poco sorprendente. Bravissima Yvonne.

“Wide Awake” is a song full of hope and melancholy. But this claymation take on it is just super cute! Some huge Katy Perry fan, presumably a Katy Cat, took the time to make a claymation video acting out the song “Wide Awake”. It’s pretty amazingly done. Wow. I hope Katy Perry’s official video for “Wide Awake” can top it!
